Mr Ian McKay from Local Heroes Ltd, Ian Mckay has been a great friend to Redhall Star over the years. Ian in our opinion is one of the greatest ambassadors for youth and amateur football. Not only does he help Redhall Star but he helps all clubs throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians Well Done Ian McKay
Colin McKay Edinburgh Club Laision Officer, Colin McKay recently appointed Edinburgh District Council Laision officer has been a breath of fresh air. We feel that attitudes have now changed with the council and Colin has been instrumental in achieving our dream of obtaining a lease at Redhall Park, I would urge anyone to get in touch with Colin, as Colin has a fountain of knowledge in all area of sport.
L.E.A.F.A My thanks also go to Charlie Gallacher and Davie Ramage along with there executive committee, these guys do a fantastic job and without them there would be no amateur football they also have a fantastic website, Lothian and Edinburgh Amateur F.A.

Referees
Much is said about referees however our experience this season both in the Saturday leagues and Sunday Leagues we have found that most of these guys come to do a very hard job and although they can't always get it right the bottom line is without referees there would be no football at any level so in our opinion these guy deserve alot more respect. Well done to all the refs at all levels of football
Kingsknowe Inn Like most amateur club our Saturday team run from the (KINGSY), our thanks to Susan and all the staff who play a big part in keeping the team going
Longstone Inn a big vote of thanks goes to Karen and Pauline in our first season in the Sunday setup they have been exceptional the spread they put on was unbelievable, we had the Dundee guys down in the Scottish Cup and one of them remarked that it was"better than a wedding in Dundee".
Last but not least My right hand man Craig Paton
Craig our 11 year old club mascot was hanging around the Pavilion having just moved from Niddrie, being an old Niddrie guy myself we took Craig under our wing and he has worked hard throughout the seaon and full marks to Craig he has become integral part of Redhall Star Saturday and Sunday teams.

We would like to stress that not only do I assist Redhall I am very keen to promote Youth and Amateur football any club out there I can assist I am more than happy to help where I can but before you all start not in a monetary terms all my money is committed to Redhall Star, I am however in discussions with Charlie Gallacher and Davie Ramage re sponsorship of the Saturday amateur leagues and hopefully this will assist all clubs in Edinburgh and Lothian Region.
